14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any unused and unopened products for a full refund or exchange. Due to the nature of CBD products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

How to Return

Please contact our support team at hello@roarcbd.co.uk with your order number to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
