My sporting background has been a little bit of a jack of all trades master of non! At a young age and throughout my teens I was already competing at national level for 800m, cross country and acrobatic gymnastics. This fuelled my drive for sports; however, had a lot of impact on my knees. Also a ski instructor, I was regularly taking a heavy impact on my knee joints and subsequently dislocated my patella one day playing volleyball! Ever since, I have had ‘niggles’ with it! With a lot of rehab and gym work strength has been brought back. However, without CBD I would not have the confidence. Using CBD has helped my knees naturally heal. It has also stopped them aching in pain from daily activity. As I now live in Cornwall, focusing on becoming a progressive surfer. I can now push my surfing harder and for longer! I hope to watch the process continue as I go out in less forgiving conditions.
